2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
    • To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing saanvishika.co@gmail.com with supporting unboxing video and order details.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
    • Custom-made or personalized products, unless defective.
    • Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery.
  • Refund Process:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Returns Process

  • To initiate a return:

    2. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided in our response.
    3. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
